Manufacturing Excellence

DECHEM operates its manufacturing base in the Shandong Provincial Chemical Park, Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. The site covers more than 230 acres and integrates production, process control, quality inspection, storage and supporting facilities. Annual production capacity is approximately 60,000 MT across three production lines, supporting stable bulk supply for domestic and international B2B customers.

The production process adopts a DCS (Distributed Control System) for centralised process monitoring and automatic control of key production parameters. Combined with production management procedures and quality inspection systems, this supports consistent manufacture, operational efficiency and production stability.

R&D Laboratory & Quality Control

Quality inspection is carried out in the DECHEM quality control laboratory using gas chromatography and standard laboratory methods. Testing equipment is installed alongside the production operation, so incoming raw material checks, in-process verification and finished product release are handled within the same site.

Every shipment is supported by batch-specific quality control, GHS-compliant SDS and complete export documentation. TDS, SDS and sample COA are available for each product.
